strong dedication and commitments, target oriented, self-motivated person having
over 21 years’ experience in Sri Lanka and abroad in the field of business
Management, Hotel Management and practical experience in formulation and
implementation of business strategies, over all administration, monitoring and
controlling, team management, and problem solving in private sector.
And He holds a Commerce and Financial Management degree from the University of Kelaniya ,Sri Lanaka. Qualified in CMA Australia, Member of AAT Sri Lanaka. And also his a Master of Laws (LLM)

Shamila, one of our
esteemed
Directors at Balinese Spas, is a dynamic professional
with a rich tapestry of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking, Sales &
Marketing, and Real Estate Investment. His global perspective, shaped by extensive
work across Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Europe, West Africa, and
the United Arab Emirates, brings a unique depth to our leadership team.
Starting his career at just 19 years old in a globally recognized bank, Shamila's drive
and determination have seen him climb the professional ladder with impressive
speed and success. His journey is marked by significant achievements in various
high-level roles, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in diverse business
environments.
A proud alumnus of Cardiff Metropolitan University UK, where he completed his
MBA, Shamila brings a broad portfolio of expertise and knowledge to the table.
His tenure as a Real Estate & Investment Specialist at ANW Real Estate in Dubai, and
as a Strategic Consultant with Fund Lab Financing Brokers, showcases his profound
understanding of the financial and real estate sectors.
In his current role at Balinese Spas, Shamila applies his extensive skills to drive our
mission forward.

Operations Manager
With over five years of
dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to
every role I undertake. Her journey began at 98 Acres Resort and Spa Ella, Sri Lanka, where she honed
her skills and developed a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a hospitality professional,
she thrives in dynamic environments where teamwork, leadership, and operational excellence are
paramount. Her management and leadership qualities have been consistently recognized throughout her
career, as she possesses a natural ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
She firmly believes in leading by example, fostering a positive work culture, and empowering individuals
to take ownership of their responsibilities. In addition to her strong leadership capabilities, she is
adept at handling the day-to-day operations of hospitality establishments. From coordinating guest
services to ensuring smooth logistical operations, she is detail-oriented and proactive in addressing
